I have had two breast augmentations done and both have failed to give me the look I want. I got 535cc ultra high implants but without a bra, I have no cleavage, as there is no upper volume at all. The implants sit heavy at the bottom. I do want the ultra high, ultra round look but I feel mine are very natural looking- it's not what I wanted. I have attached photos of my current implants and breasts before the implants.
Answer: Breast augmentation From my experience; it is totally possible to get the result you want and there is several options possible to add upper volume to the breast.

Answer: Breasts Naturally, your breasts sit somewhat low on your chest and the bases cannot be moved. You have a nice result for your anatomy. No, you cannot have high perky breasts, and yes, you do have cleavage. Going bigger will just cause more sagging.

Answer: Looks like a good fit You have a very nice result. These implants look like they are an appropriate width which means that's probably the best your cleavage will get. Your breasts sit laterally on your chest and implants won't change that. I would measure the distance between your nipple and the crease under the breast. If it measures long, it could be shortened which would make the implants sit a bit higher. If it doesn't measure longer than the average length, you need to accept that it's just how you are made. Choose a bra that helps give you the look you want with cleavage and pushing the breasts up a bit. Use caution when trying to make a really good result better. You could end up with something bad. Have a candid conversation with your plastic surgeon and be sure your expectations are realistic and obtainable.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear natz890, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Breast issues First, your breasts are both beautiful, and large. While you do have upper pole fullness, just not the obvious 'roundness'. Using Ultra High Profile (UHP) implants gives you projection and usually upper pole fullness as well. Looking at your chest anatomy, it seems that your breasts are a bit low on your chest wall and your ribs curve out laterally (both reduce upper pole fullness, although you do have great cleavage despite this finding-usually this inhibits the ability to obtain cleavage). The only other possibility would be changing to a larger High Profile X (HPX) implant which has just a little more projection vs the UHP.
