Hi, I’m 161cm, 52kg and I already have implants 650cc high profile under the muscle, although I want to go bigger (800cc). My bwt is 12,5 the implants I have now are 14,2 bwt and the 800cc high profile that I want to get are 15,3bwt. Will I be able to go with 800cc?
Answer: Implants Why do you wish to do this to your breasts? You will thin and stretch your own tissue so much that it won't help these mammoth implants. Your neck and shoulders will have even more discomfort. Please don't do this to your breasts. They will not look good long term.

Answer: Going larger I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation. If you are a candidate for the larger implants it is important that you understand the benefits and risks. It is likely if you have had the 650cc implants for awhile your body will allow a bit more.

Answer: Breast implants You can go with any size you wish and will have no problem finding a surgeon to do it. Whether it’s worthwhile or worth the expense is entirely up to you. Personally I discourage patients from going that large. They usually regret it later

Answer: Implant size Dear Fierce731836, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Size of Implants Thank you for your question. If you already have 650cc then 800 shouldn’t be too large. 150ccs is not that much larger and your body should accommodate it.
