Is it safe to get breast augmentation replacement one week after initial surgery?

Though there is a difference between the high profile and moderate profile, I would recommend allowing longer time to heal to make sure you are happy with your decision. Early postoperative period has swelling and healing that is occurring. I do not see an urgency to perform an implant exchange at 1 week. Discuss this with your surgeon and obtain a second opinion if you are not confident.

If you really want the higher profile, there is not much difference, then exchange now or wait until you've healed at 6 months. You might actually love what you have now.

Why? The difference is trivial. You will likely never see a difference between the two.

Just don't.
