32-year-old female, 5’6, 135 pounds and breast-fed three children. Work as a nurse and work out, active lifestyle. Initial implants with donut lift in 2019 with left side bottom out. Internal bar procedure on left and right implant replaced in 2020. Want to have left a areol more midline and think right breast is bottom out and flat? Breast issue hanging off of implant and flattened. Would you have fixed? Should it be fixed? Or just leave it? They look good in clothes, starting to Notice braless

No, going that larger will just give you more sagging. With such large and heavy implants, lifts will not hold. Please do not go larger. You will thin and stretch your own tissue and will just sag more.
If you really want the higher profile, there is not much difference, then exchange now or wait until you've healed at 6 months. You might actually love what you have now.
Yes you have implant malposition. I would recommend downsizing implants, performing capsular tightening, using an internal bra for further support (Galaflex), and also performing a breast lift (anchor type scar pattern). Regardless, these are all my own opinions based on the photos provided. I...
