235cc & thinking about getting larger breast implants but concerned over looking fake (Photos)

Question

I had my boob job in December 2021 and love my results. I have 235cc silicone implants under the chest and medium profile. I wish I had some cleavage and was a little bit bigger. I’m probably a large 34B/32C. I think I want to be a true C and have a little bit of cleavage (nothing too fake though). My current breasts feel incredibly natural too so I want to try to keep that. How many CCs would I have to go for the desired look?

It will be better to discuss in a physical examination after checking your chest measurements, skin .. etc however, to get the result you want depending on the photos shared, 300 - 325 CC would provide a good natural result.

At size 32 or 34, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change.  If you want a small improvement then you may want to consider fat transfer to the medial cleavage area and upper pole.  This way you won't have to risk re-operating on your breasts and changing out implants which can have complications.

235 cc implants is quite small. I would think something in the low to mid 300 cc range. I guess you just have to decide if it would be worth doing. Especially since you have a very nice result.

You can get more fullness with larger implants, probably 300cc range. Keeping gels will still look natural.

Cleavage is determined by your existing breast position. More fullness towards the middle will be improved with larger implants also.

I would suggest going back to your surgeon and trying on sizers. You might like something up to 300 cc's, which will still keep you, probably, in a C cup.
