I had a breast lift and enlargement in September 2023. The implants used were mentor Johnson’s and Johnson’s and they were 515cc under the muscle. At my 2 week check up the nurse said my incision was very deep and was bleeding, I had to go back every second day to have it redressed. I’ve have been to my 3 month check up and I’ve told the surgeon I’m not happy as my breast were better before surgery. They look flat,square,saggy and point south

If you are willing to accept lower volume breasts in order to be without implants then an explantation and uplift procedure is potentially the right option for you. This would leave you with additional scars on the breast, but may achieve a more uplifted look without the need for breast implants...
With going smaller, you can keep the same profile or go lower. I would suggest not going with a higher profile for it might not sit as well in your pocket.
Yes, you are having some bottoming out. do not go larger since you are not supporting this size well. You need to go down in size and may need mesh for support.
