If you are willing to accept lower volume breasts in order to be without implants then an explantation and uplift procedure is potentially the right option for you. This would leave you with additional scars on the breast, but may achieve a more uplifted look without the need for breast implants. You are an excellent candidate for explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Going with smaller implants and tightening the lateral pocket should improve your shape. Dont' go bigger.
