Question

Breast aug2022 /380cc high profile dual plane infection shortly afterwards now difference in both breasts.offered a swa for smaller breast but won’t correct shape of them. Getting pain in larger one and got some degree of animation deformity cIinic not concerned of this and want me pay for either uplift existing implants/ explant uplift new implants. But I’m now debating complete removal and uplift due to the way these turned out and don’t want to keep chasing a certain look if it’s notpossible

If you are willing to accept lower volume breasts in order to be without implants then an explantation and uplift procedure is potentially the right option for you. This would leave you with additional scars on the breast, but may achieve a more uplifted look without the need for breast implants. It really depends what look and overall volume you are looking to achieve. A face to face consultation is required to provide tailored recommendations.

You are an excellent candidate for explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Going with smaller implants and tightening the lateral pocket should improve your shape.  Dont' go bigger.
