I highly recommend against going larger after "bottoming out". Usually this is because there is inadequate surgical technique or excessively large implants for the breast (or both). You may need some internal support as well such as Galaflex. i would find a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery; ideally, one with an aesthetic fellowship accredited by The Aesthetic Society. I would also review before/after photos, Google reviews, and talk to the surgeon directly if possible.
Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs or told us your bra size. However, if you are having problems with bottoming out with 330 cc implants then you will make the situation worse adding larger implants. You may need to undergo explantation with breast lift and then 6 months later small implants can be placed. I would need more information to give you a more accurate answer.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
No, you cannot go larger if you bottomed out with 330 cc implants. You need to go smaller and probably use mesh for better support.
Hi, sorry to hear that you have been through a difficult time following your surgery. It is difficult to ascertain the problem purely based on photographs alone, but it is likely that there is a combination of problems here; implant malposition and an uplift procedure that has not taken into...
If you are willing to accept lower volume breasts in order to be without implants then an explantation and uplift procedure is potentially the right option for you. This would leave you with additional scars on the breast, but may achieve a more uplifted look without the need for breast implants...
With going smaller, you can keep the same profile or go lower. I would suggest not going with a higher profile for it might not sit as well in your pocket.
