I had 450 m+ saline implants through the armpits back in 2017 after breastfeeding 2 kids. I got the exact look/size I was wanting but after they had fully dropped I wished the were a little higher up. We ended up having a third baby and I breastfed for 2 years. They look better than I thought they would. I like the look when I'm not wearing anything but I feel like they are way too low. Is there anything I could do to raise them up without the scars of a lift? Like switching to ultra high profile?
Answer: Breast augmentation outcome. I think your breast look quite good. I don’t think there’s a way to lift them without doing a breast lift. It’s always helpful when patients include before and after pictures. I would be careful using very high profile implants. Generally speaking, I try to keep the profile as low as possible and only increase profile When the breast diameter will not tolerate a low prof implant based on a certain kevin volume the patient is trying to achieve. In other words, there is a maximum diameter that is acceptable, and the only reason to go high profile is to increase volume without increasing the diameter further. Talk to you a few plastic surgeons in your community and see what they have to say. To get an accurate assessment typically requires an exam and preferably an access to look at before and after pictures. Whenever getting a second opinion consultation via in person consult try to also bring a copy of your previous operative report. These should all be available from your previous provider if you request them Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD
