Is it safe to switch from moderate plus implants to high profile on petite frame? (Photo)

I want to downsize my implants. I also feel like they’re too low and have impacted my stomach skin if that’s even possible. I have pain on my ribs everyday and want to know if I’ll be able to switch these to high profile with a ton of extra skin from the wrong profile being put in?

I would suggest trying oral Accolate and external ultrasound treatments to see if the implant will settle. Otherwise, you may need surgery.
