I did cool sculpting on my lower and upper abdomen. 2 treatments first one 8 months ago and second one 6 months ago. There is no change. I'm extremely disappointed. What could caused it? I have a healthy diet but I drink alcohol couple times a week could that be why I have no results?
Answer: Coolsculpting Results--Add Radiofrequency, Thermage, Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra, VASER, ThermiRF Keep in mind, for best results with Coolsculpting, a combination approach is needed. I recommend adding radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing. However, Vaser with ThermiRF procedure is the best combination for a toned result, but requires more downtime. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Why does coolsculpting not work in some individuals There are lots of reasons that coolsculpting may not work. This is difficult to ascertain without seeing photos but it may be that you were unsuitable for various reasons. In general the effects of coolsculpting are mild and it may that you did not notice the small change or you need further multiple treatment sessions. It has to be remembered that coolsculpting is not a bodycontouring surgery like liposuction. I have written a piece on why coolsculpting may not work anbd what your options are which you can read below

Answer: Patient selection is key to #coolsculpting results Hi. Sorry to hear that your results were disappointing. It's hard to answer specifically without your B & A photos. Patient selection is the key to Coolsculpting-areas with loose skin will not contour well and can make it appear as if there were "no results". Each application will reduce one fifth of the fat thickness that is under the skin, so if there is significant thickness there, it may appear unchanged. Any intra-abdominal fat will not be addressed. An experienced CS provider can distinguish all of these scenarios. Return to your provider, review your B & A photos and the choice of applicators/treatment times, etc. Also, ask whether you need additional sessions to get your desired results. I don't know of any connection to CS results and alcohol consumption. Best wishes,

Answer: CoolSculpting Results Thank you for your question. Without examining you in person it is difficult to give you advice. However, a factor that Coolsculpting didn’t work for you could be the fat in your abdomen could be visceral fat. This is a type of fat that is beneath the abdominal wall and cannot be treated with Coolsculpting. I recommend having a follow up with your treating physician to address your concerns. Best of Luck!

Answer: I had no results after coolsculpting Coolsculpting works very well for subcutaneous fat, that is pinchable fat. If the stomach fat is mostly deep and inside the organs coolsculpting will not work. That is why a consultation with an experienced physician is very important.
