Is it possible to drop 2 dress sizes from doing 2 treatments of CoolSculpting?

I am a UK 14 up top and a uk12 bottom. I would like to know if it would be possible, after 2 coolsculpting treatments, can I be a size 10-12 up top?

Typically, patients who undergo a full round (three sessions) of CoolSculpting lose between one and three inches of unwanted fat. I have no idea how that translates into dress sizes. Remember that CoolSculpting is about body-contouring, not weight loss. It will give you a better shape, but won’t take away pounds (or stones!). Consulting with a board-certified dermatologist will help determine if you are a candidate for reshaping your body with CoolSculpting.

CoolSculpting is a body contouring procedure that removes stubborn areas of the fat from different areas of the body, including bra fat and other bulges in the upper body. However, this treatment is not performed for weight loss and results tend to be gradual. You may pare down some inches in your circumference, but it is difficult to estimate how that would translate in terms of clothing sizes. That said, this procedure offers highly satisfactory results to patients looking to smooth and sculpt the body profile. I do not think it is realistic to drop 2 dress sizes after 2 sessions of coolsculpting.   It will certainly reduce fat in the area each time you treat it.  Clothes may fit and look better on.  In general, clothing sizes decreasing will come with weight loss.  Coolsculpting is a great way to gradually shape the body and contour it without downtime.

It’s definitely possible, but it would be unprofessional for any CoolSculpting provider to guarantee such results. The CoolSculpting treatment precisely targets stubborn bulges. That is why it is intended for deposits that resist diet and exercise. So providers emphasize CoolSculpting’s ability to contour, not reduce circumference.

Thank you for your question.  As Coolsculpting is done on the specific fat pocket it is unlikely that 2 treatment zones will decrease you by 2 dress sizes.  That being said, if you did 2 sessions of the full transformation protocol (6-8 areas that includes flanks and abdomen) you may get close.  But this is 12-16 applications.  I would suggest you see your local provider and have them give you an exact quote on the areas, number of areas, and number of sessions you will need to reach your goals. Coolsculpting can help decrease in inches  with that being said you will most likely look better in your clothes.   You may notice the loss in inches to the area where the applicator was applied.   Decreasing two dress sizes is a bit aggressive accomplishment with just two treatments of coolsculpting.  If you are doing extra like cutting back on your caloric intake that will give you the best results.

Hi queennubian, CoolSculpting is an effective treatment and it involves fat loss. However, it is localized. Meaning, you lose fat in the area affected by the CoolSculpting handpiece. For example, if it was applied to your abdomen, you can't lose in the flanks. If you are looking to be a size 10-12 up, CoolSculpting must be done in that area as well.
