Typically, patients who undergo a full round (three sessions) of CoolSculpting lose between one and three inches of unwanted fat. I have no idea how that translates into dress sizes. Remember that CoolSculpting is about body-contouring, not weight loss. It will give you a better shape, but won’t take away pounds (or stones!). Consulting with a board-certified dermatologist will help determine if you are a candidate for reshaping your body with CoolSculpting.
Hello, Thank you for your question. CoolSculpting can not guarantee an exact size change. It is designed to help with pockets of fat. Depending on what you need and desire two treatments may not make a big enough difference for you. Please consult with a local physician to determine the best course of action. Good luck!
Thank you for your question. No, it is not realistic to drop 2 dress sizes after 2 sessions with Coolsculpting. Coolsculpting will only reduce 20-25% of fat in the treated area(s) with each session. The only way to drop clothing sizes is with weight loss as Coolsculpting is used to shape and contour the body with no downtime. I recommend addressing your concerns with an expert to determine the best treatment plan for you. Best of Luck!
Hello and thank you for your question. CoolSculpting is a body contouring procedure that removes stubborn areas of the fat from different areas of the body, including bra fat and other bulges in the upper body. However, this treatment is not performed for weight loss and results tend to be gradual. You may pare down some inches in your circumference, but it is difficult to estimate how that would translate in terms of clothing sizes. That said, this procedure offers highly satisfactory results to patients looking to smooth and sculpt the body profile. Choose a plastic surgeon experienced in this procedure who will help you go into the treatment with realistic expectations of what you can achieve. Good luck to you!
I do not think it is realistic to drop 2 dress sizes after 2 sessions of coolsculpting. It will certainly reduce fat in the area each time you treat it. Clothes may fit and look better on. In general, clothing sizes decreasing will come with weight loss. Coolsculpting is a great way to gradually shape the body and contour it without downtime.
It’s definitely possible, but it would be unprofessional for any CoolSculpting provider to guarantee such results. The CoolSculpting treatment precisely targets stubborn bulges. That is why it is intended for deposits that resist diet and exercise. So providers emphasize CoolSculpting’s ability to contour, not reduce circumference.
Thank you for your question. As Coolsculpting is done on the specific fat pocket it is unlikely that 2 treatment zones will decrease you by 2 dress sizes. That being said, if you did 2 sessions of the full transformation protocol (6-8 areas that includes flanks and abdomen) you may get close. But this is 12-16 applications. I would suggest you see your local provider and have them give you an exact quote on the areas, number of areas, and number of sessions you will need to reach your goals. The good news is that the fat reduction is permanent, those fat cells do not return. Hope this helps. Dr. Jen
Coolsculpting can help decrease in inches with that being said you will most likely look better in your clothes. You may notice the loss in inches to the area where the applicator was applied. Decreasing two dress sizes is a bit aggressive accomplishment with just two treatments of coolsculpting. If you are doing extra like cutting back on your caloric intake that will give you the best results.
Hi queennubian, CoolSculpting is an effective treatment and it involves fat loss. However, it is localized. Meaning, you lose fat in the area affected by the CoolSculpting handpiece. For example, if it was applied to your abdomen, you can't lose in the flanks. If you are looking to be a size 10-12 up, CoolSculpting must be done in that area as well. Thing is, it's not done on the breast.Dieting and exercise helps accentuate the results of CoolSculpting.Justin Harper, M.D.
Coolsculpting should be fine with your Factor V trait. It does not require and incision or create a wound to heal. You may bruise a bit. Be sure to see an experienced practice, preferable a plastic surgeon who can advise you on the best treatment for your problem area.
There are no particular foods or spices that will directly influence the way your CoolSculpting results look or how fast they develop. Of course, eating a healthy diet in general is a great way to complement your results. A balanced diet and regular exercise program are the best things you can...
Great question Alex. I use Coolsculpting and Vanquish devices in my office and have found each device offers benefits and has limitations. Neither device is FDA approved to treat breast tissue in men or women. The use in this area is considered "off label." This does not mean...
