Liposuction will not be effective for the fingers and it can certainly cause damage if attempted.Kenneth Hughes, MD
Thank you for providing the picture. Unfortunately we can not do liposuction to your hands or fingers.
Thank you for your question. I would not recommend any fat reduction or excisional procedures on your hands. This can result in scarring and may ultimately restrict your motion or hand function. We have good methods of addressing the hollowing that occurs to most hands with aging, but your hands have a youthful look. If you still have concerns, I recommend visiting a board certified plastic surgeon.
Excellent question- but unfortunately no. It could harm nerves and tendons. Truthfully, the only way to improve this area is with weight loss. It's always best to ask.Dr Chris Saunders
Typical fat reduction procedures are not appropriate for fingers. If your body mass index is not high (you are not overweight) this may be a family trait. Another possibility, if your weight has not increased over normal and the increase in your finger fullness is new, is an inflammatory disorder. If your weight is elevated, bring it down to normal range with a weight reduction diet and see if your fingers get slimmer. Most people lower their ring size with weight normalization if that is an issue.Best regards!

I suggest RF treatments, massage, and to continue compression for this time. Please see an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.
Thanks for your inquiry. Honestly, I have seen patients with both a lack of appetite and excess hunger after surgery in the first few weeks. If your bowels are normal, I am unsure if there is an medical concern. Please discuss with your surgeon, and best of luck.
Hello and thank you for your question."You've never had enough liposuction until you've had too much." The size of the cannula can influence the smoothness of the skin. The use of large cannulas tend to create irregularities more commonly than microcannulas. Excessive liposuction is the removal...
Thanks for the question. It’s too early to comment over the result. First couple of weeks after the surgery you can back to work and couple of weeks later your permanent recovery will start. It’s possible to see some major changes in Liposuction results till the end of 12 months recovery....
