No bbl for me - will lipo help? (photo)

Yo do not always benefit from BBL  - doing just liposuction maybe enough in your asituation - you will have smaller waist and buttock will appear more shapely. 

Based on your pictures, you would be a candidate for liposuction. I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction which will give you great results with body shaping. I use VASER with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contouring and definition. great candidate for waistline contouring liposuction of your abdomen, flanks,
and lower back.  This can greatly improve your overall shape with a
smaller waist.  Make sure you specifically
look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this

Thanks for the question, your recovery will be shortened big time without the fat transfer. I would suggest energy based liposuction for the back, that area has much thicker tissue and you really need a lot of energy to melt those tissues. Back rolls are probably the hardest area to do so please choose someone experienced! I would be happy to discuss your options your anatomy is set up for success!

Hi yes, you are a good candidate for liposuction, your back would completely change for good and some fat transfer can be done to fill those dents in your hips if desired.

Thank you for your question.  Yes, based on the picture, liposuction of the hip rolls will help contour the lower back and create a nice curve from the lower back onto the buttocks.  Of course, this is based only on the picture.  I recommend you see a plastic surgeon for a more complete discussion of your options. Liposuction of the areas you mentioned may give the illusion of a buttock augmentation and you may want to use some of the available fat to enhance your buttocks.

A part of the BBL is liposuction of the back/flank area.  It results in a better projection and contour of the buttocks area.   From the picture it seems you would be a candidate.  Schedule a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for an exam.  Ask and make sure you get to have the consult with your prospective surgeon.  There are places here in Florida where you don't meet your doctor until the day of surgery.
