16 days post lipo. Tightness at back of thigh, severe pain when I stand up for first couple of minutes. Normal?

I got lipo done on my inner and back thigh, currently 16 days post op. I was perfectly fine the first week, but since have started to feel pain and tightness at the back of my thigh on both legs. I feel severe pain when I get up after sitting down or sleeping. Need to get up slowly and pain goes away after a couple of minutes. Have put on ace bandage on both my thighs, then the pain and tightness is lessened and bearable. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? Is there a fix

Thanks for your inquiry.  Honestly, I have seen patients with both a lack of appetite and excess hunger after surgery in the first few weeks.  If your bowels are normal, I am unsure if there is an medical concern.  Please discuss with your surgeon, and best of luck.

Thanks for the question. It’s too early to comment over the result. First couple of weeks after the surgery you can back to work and couple of weeks later your permanent recovery will start. It’s possible to see some major changes in Liposuction results till the end of 12 months recovery....
