I don’t routinely write reviews, but I must recognize Dr. Christopher Saunders as one of the best cosmetic surgeons you can find anywhere on the east coast. Several months ago I had a facelift, neck lift, fat transfer and upper blepharoplasty and couldn’t be happier with the results. My face was aging far faster than my body. I had fillers once or twice but knew as I got older the results appeared less natural. I did my homework and saw several surgeons and decided Dr. Saunders was the best fit for me. He is warm and kind but above all experienced and meticulous and understood my goal – to keep it natural. There is no ultimate sign that I had surgery – which I think is fascinating – I look and feel younger and more beautiful – it’s a real confidence booster. People tell me every day that I have beautiful skin not knowing the complete transformation I had gone through. The practice gives well planned instructions, and post-surgery is not hard but strict – it’s no joke so pay attention. I had no significant pain but an important note for all - you need to give yourself 2 weeks away from house and/or work responsibilities. Dr. Saunders listened to me was able to preform a neck lift that has made an amazing difference in the appearance of my face and neck while still looking very natural. He is a very talented surgeon with very high personal standards that results in surgical outcomes that are unparalleled. He gets to know his patients so he is able to get the results they are hopeful of achieving. He is a very smart and caring physician, one of a kind. I am very happy with my results and am about a year out from the surgery. I’m so happy that I made the choice of Dr Saunders. He is the best!

I have always had a ‘square’ butt - called myself SpongeBob square a$$. So I finally decided it was time to fix it. I went to see Dr. Saunders and discussed my concerns and he was so informative, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve used him before for other surgeries so my trust level is off the charts. His staff is BEYOND amazing. I’ve been home a few hours now - and feel great. Just a little sluggish from the anesthesia. Despite the compression pants and gauze for weeping I can already see the change. He removed 3700 ccs of fat which is like 8lbs. I’m so incredibly grateful and excited to see the results. If you’re in the Philadelphia region definitely call Dr. Saunders for your plastics. His knowledge skill and beside matter are just beyond fantastic.

Was referred to Dr. Saunders for breast augmentation and he didn’t disappoint. He has so much information for you to read and watch before you even have your consultation. He really took the time to help me pick a breast size that would work for me and my body. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the care I received during this period. I had a breast augmentation in April, I’m 2.5 months post op, and Dr Saunders has exceeded my expectations. He is extremely thorough right from the start and has your best interest in mind. The “homework” he gives you is well worth it and gives him a clear picture of what you want! He will not steer you wrong in any decisions. I just had a tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo with Dr. Saunders and he is simply the best. He thinks of everything to guarantee that you will have the most amazing results and that you will have the best experience with minimal pain. He explains every question you can ask in detail to make sure that you have all the information before making a decision. He has your best interest in mind, I’ve heard surgeons that try to add things for their benefit but he will be as transparent as possible and tell you what you need, what you don’t need and if what you think you want is actually what you want but if it is then he will help you get there. You can also see how great he is by how amazing his staff is. Vicky is a rockstar, she not only got everything taken care of with the paperwork but was there the day of surgery helping me every step of the way even as I broke down from the anxiety she was there to give me a hug and reassure me everything would go perfectly. Mary the anesthesiologist was a magician and the sweetest when she introduced herself to let me know she will be sending me to dreamland and I had nothing to worry about. All that while Dr. Saunders held my hand and reassured me he got me. The surgery went way better than I was expecting and thanks to the pain pump I had significantly less pain when I woke up than I was expecting. Maybe a 4 out of 10. Then came the overnight stay at the hotel, if I was happy with the experience up until that point, well, I didn’t know I was about to be double happy. Amy the overnight nurse is the most caring sweetest nurse you can have. She laughed when I told her that she understood the assignment perfectly :) she stayed ahead of the pain with the meds and made sure I had anything I needed, even fluffing my pillows. She explain the catheter and the drains in detail and was the best companion with easy conversations and stories. I recommend Dr. Saunders and his staff to anyone considering a procedure, they are the best!

Dr. Saunders is excellent doctor and clearly a very skilled surgeon. The staff is always efficient, helpful, and kind. The results of my surgery are fantastic! The patient experience begins with a private consultation with Dr. Saunders and continues with detailed patient instructions for before and after the procedure.
