1 month post-op getting abnormally hungry after Lipo to waist, is this typical?

When the body undergoes some form of trauma as
surgery it enters a catabolic phase where proteins are
consume for energy. As this catabolic phase ends the
body try to recover the proteins lost and frequently an
increase in appetite maybe seen. It is important to stay
on a diet with a higher percent  of proteins than  carbs
to avoid weight gain. Discuss any concerns with

No, this wouldn't necessarily be typical, but it isn't bad as long as you maintain a healthy diet. I do recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling.
