This looks like hyperpigmentation which can happen after your procedure and is due to damage to the underlying small vessels in the upper levels of the skin. This can be improved with external devices such as venus legacy and/or lasers as it improves the vascularity of tissue. See a body contouring expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer
Thanks for the question, if a laser was used it may be a rare form of vasculitis that can be seen. I suggest seeing a dermatologist who may be able to use laser therapy to solve your problem
Thanks for the question, this is pigment left behind in the tissues as bruising and inflammation from the surgery resolves. This is uncommon, but more likely to occur with areas that had much more bruising. Bruising is blood that leached into the surgical area and as the bodies natural mechanisms try to clean up the bruising occasionally the iron pigment (hemosiderin) can stay in the area. Appropriate lasers for brown pigment can help as long as the pigment is close enough to the surface. This can still resolve on its own, but that can take several years not one year. Best wishes going forward
Thank you for your question and photos. I am not sure where you had lipo and what type of lipo. I see some pigment changes in that area but it's not bruising this far post op. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon. Good luckDrMaz

I suggest RF treatments, massage, and to continue compression for this time. Please see an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.
Thanks for your inquiry. Honestly, I have seen patients with both a lack of appetite and excess hunger after surgery in the first few weeks. If your bowels are normal, I am unsure if there is an medical concern. Please discuss with your surgeon, and best of luck.
Hello and thank you for your question."You've never had enough liposuction until you've had too much." The size of the cannula can influence the smoothness of the skin. The use of large cannulas tend to create irregularities more commonly than microcannulas. Excessive liposuction is the removal...
Thanks for the question. It’s too early to comment over the result. First couple of weeks after the surgery you can back to work and couple of weeks later your permanent recovery will start. It’s possible to see some major changes in Liposuction results till the end of 12 months recovery....
I'm not sure when you had your procedure. To help decrease scar tissue and improve final results, I recommend adding cellutone/z wave to remove scar tissue and improve the skin’s appearance, vanquish for further fat removal, and exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening. For the first 3-6 month...
