I was thinking of getting back liposuction in March along with my arms. I am 136 lbs at 5'4. I work= have limited time to have time off. I was wondering how much time needed post op. Usual protocol after? Medications I have to be on? For how long? Foods to avoid? post op I wanted to do a water fast for a week at a clinic since I have been getting sick a lot & I want to cleanse my system. Will this be an extreme thing? should I not do this during this time? if not how long after the lipo can i?

It is important to have aggressive massage to prevent the scar tissue from building up and if it is starting to now, then either resume massage or have the massage more often. Also discuss this with your surgeon.
You can get arm liposuction but the risks of infection and swelling are much greater. And you may have had a sentinel node as this is the usual procedure and the sentinel node dissection has a much lower risk profile.
