First couple of weeks after the surgery you can back to work and couple of weeks later your permanent recovery will start. It’s possible to see some major changes in Liposuction results till the end of 12 months recovery. I wish you all the best.

Don't do any fasts after surgery as it will affect your body's ability to heal.  It is important to have a good healthy diet after surgery.  Any special fast should only be done after you have completely recovered from surgery, around 3 months.  The number of days off depends on each person and is usually a couple of days although you may be returning to work with drains in place.  Massage and compression garments will be recommended for at least 6 weeks after surgery.
