Unsure on whether I should get implants with lift or just a lift (Photo)

I would suggest a lift only. Do to the current FDA findings on different cancers associated with breast implants, I do not suggest breast implants at all.

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a good candidate for breast lift and implants. Your nipple position is very low on your breast and will need a lift to correct.

It appears that you are very deflated, with excess skin, and very little breast tissue. If a lift alone is performed, you will have very flat breasts, which would likely not be satisfactory to you. A modest implant with lift will improve the contour of the breast, without tremendously increasing volume. A breast lift with implant is also called a Mastopexy Augmentation. The goal of this surgery is to obtain a pert, youthful breast appearance, with fullness of the upper pole that would not be possible with a lift alone. Keep in mind that the scars for a lift or lift with implants are exactly the same, so if you are going to have the surgery, I would suggest getting the best possible outcome on the first surgery.

A breast lift will tighten the skin and lift the areolae/nipples to a more suitable location higher on the breast for a more youthful appearance but with visible scars. I believe an implant will also be needed but that depends on what you would like to see as the final result. Good luck.

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity.

You are an excellent candidate for a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Hello, based on the photos and the tissue loss, the ideal is to do a lift with implants, these should not be large in size, this would improve the shape of your breasts

From your photos it appears you can consider a lift, but you may have a better overall shape with a small implant. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation. I've included a video on this subject that I hope you find helpful.
