Answer: Lift of A cup breasts Generally, A cup breasts just look deflated, but the nipple is not sagging to the point needing a lift. This is the reason you are not finding images - most lifts are done on larger breasts, where the nipple is sagging below the breast fold. In your case, a lift would just add scar, but would unlikely improve the shape. Most people opt for a small implant to fill the deflated breast, which as it sounds that you don’t want implant, is not an option. Find a board certified plastic surgeon and explore your options.

Answer: Do I need a lift after removal Hello, thank you for your question. Most of my patients do not need a lift after they underwent an explanation of implants. I have them wear a good compression bra for 3 weeks post op, use a good moisturizer on the breast and with time the skin will shrike back to pre implants. If they would need a lift I would come back after 6 mo to do so. Most do not need this. Hope this helps!

Answer: An in person evaluation is needed to answer I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them.
