This is a great question. A lollipop breast lift would be a great procedure to lift the position of your breasts and nipples. This will help improve the shape of your breasts and position of your breasts on your chest. A fat transfer can also be combined with this procedure; fat can be removed from elsewhere on your body and transferred to your breasts to improve contour, shape and to a small extent volume (good for patient's who do not want implants and do not want to have big breasts). Hello, each type of breast lift ("donut" scar around the edge of the areola, "lollipop" with an additional scar on the lower part of the breast, "anchor" scar, etc) has unique pros and cons. In general, breast lift procedures that involve more incisions give me more ability reshape the breasts and correct asymmetry. However, I avoid causing extra scars whenever possible. For a patient without much excess skin on the lower part of the breast I typically use the lollipop scar breast lift (vertical mastopexy). However, depending on patient preference and expectation of the result, a donut lift might suffice in some cases. If a patient has small, deflated breasts and is seeking more lower volume, a lift alone might not achieve the desired results. In this case, other common options to add volume include breast implants, or transfer of fat from a different part of your body to your breasts (lipofilling). This is simply a general discussion of breast lift options, as you would require a thorough in-person consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to learn what procedure is best for you.

According to your photos, it seems like you don’t have enough tissue to be reshaped. It doesn’t mean that you will have a large breast when we use implants. With a small size implant and lifting surgery we can achieve excellent results and breasts that you desire

Hello and thank you for your question. Weight loss changes the anatomy, volume and skin quality of many areas of the body including the breasts. A breast lift alone will tighten the skin around the remaining breast tissue and improve the position of the nipples and reduce the diameter of the areolas. However, in my opinion, without implants being on the table, I would look into fat transfer as an option to restore volume and improve shape and contour of the overall breast. This combination would give you the best chance to achieve the results you desire. Good luck on your journey!

Your breast volume has dilated the areolas, with minimal volume at the lower pole. This is due to constriction of the skin at the base. The areolas can be reduced with a circumareolar incision, but this will not improve the lower pole. Small implants and adhesion release can improve the shape, but I understand you do not want implants. Find an experienced board certified plastic surgeon to explore options.

You are a candidate for a vertical mastopexy with a lollipop type lift. This will relocate, downsize and reshape your breasts. IF more volume is desired after the lift, then you could do an augmentation in a delayed fashion, but I would predict you would be happy with the lift only. Thanks for sharing.

I'll start by explaining the situation. The areola area is big and you have a slight tuberous breast shape that is why it won't be really possible to provide the result you want with only breast lifting. We can breast lifting and make the areola area smaller however, you won't be able to get the wanted surgery/size. My recommendation will be doing breast lifting from the areola area + implant from the same place and of course areola reduction.

You appear to be a good candidate for donut (peri-areolar) breast lift which will place your nipples in correct position, make your areola smaller and create a more youthful and lifted breast shape. If you desire not to have Breast implants placed for volume enhancement, then fat grafting can be performed for additional volume.

I suggest that you seek an in person consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon specializing in Breast surgeries to further discuss your options, specific techniques, concerns and expectations. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.

firstly, I do not recommend a circumareolar list for a number of different reasons. A lollipop for anchor design would probably serve you well. You might consider a small implant to give you a more youthful appearing breast.
