Hi. I'm 21 years old & had a breast lift done 11 months ago. My right breast almost immediately became disformed / stretched. My doctor agreed that this was not normal & revised my right breast free of charge 2 months ago ... & it still doesn't match. I don't know what to do at this point. I have paid so much money & just want them to look normal.
Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Mastopexy Revision I’m so sorry to see that you have gone through multiple surgeries and that is your result. I’m going to give you my honest advice. Do not return to that surgeon! Seek out a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to help fix your breasts. If you would like to be seen for a consult to go over options, feel free to reach out to my office. Answer: Scars Right now, you need to let your tissues heal, but micro-needling can be very helpful on the scars. Also, avoid tanning for at least 6 months.

Answer: Breast lift gone wrong? What can I do to make them look normal? Hello @bayleighcarlisle, thank you for your question. It is possible to do a revision and reposition the mammary tissue with minimal scarring improving the overall proportion and correcting the nipples. This will create overall harmony and this can be made with an L shape incision so you won't have scars in the cleavage area. For more information and recommendations, it is best to consult with one or several board certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS. Answer: Revision of breast lift Considering that you had last surgery relatively recently, you should wait for your result to settle. Your nipples need to be closely of the same size and level. With one nipple being relatively high, this needs to be addressed by moving breast fold slightly higher, to place nipple at the center of the breast mound. Hope this helps.
