I am looking to get fuller lifted breasts. I don’t necessarily need bigger and want to avoid the augmentation breast implant route as my body is sensitive and I already have some autoimmune issues. Having breast implants scares me. Is there any other solution to get fuller lifted breasts besides implants?

Answer: Fat grafting Although augmentation with implants would be my first choice, the other option for augmenting and shaping would be fat grafting. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in fat grafting is recommended.Good luck.

Answer: Breast augmentation without implants Thanks for your question. One of your best options for autologous (using your own tissue) augmentation is fat grafting. This technique is extremely useful and we employ it very often in our breast reconstruction patients. It involves using liposuction to obtain fat from elsewhere on your body. Even though you are thin, there is always some fat available. The fat is then lightly processed in the operating room and injected into the breasts. Some of the fat may resorb and you might desire re treatment but the overall outcome can be quite good. It is safe. I hope this helps.
