I am looking to get fuller lifted breasts. I don’t necessarily need bigger and want to avoid the augmentation breast implant route as my body is sensitive and I already have some autoimmune issues. Having breast implants scares me. Is there any other solution to get fuller lifted breasts besides implants?
Answer: Fuller breasts You appear very thin, but if you can gain 10 pounds, you could have fat transferred into your breasts. For fat transfer you would need a minimum of 10 pounds extra to be liposuctioned, spun down using a special process and then placed into the breast. Answer: Fuller "Fuller" is larger and this is done in two ways. You can go with implants for a variety of sizes, or can go with a fat transfer for a more limited increase in size. Measurements are needed to see if you need a lift or will fullness do the trick. A lift does not make your breasts fuller.

Answer: Fat Transfer Possible As your nipples seem to be high and in good position, the only other possibility would be an augmentation utilizing fat transfer to the breast. However, it will require a large amount of harvested fat which is not an option for many women who are more petite. You will need 1-2 liters of lipoaspirate for a good amount of injectable fat. This may or not be possible with your body frame or type. If this is not an option for you, unfortunately breast implants will be the only way to significantly augment the breast.

Answer: Fat grafting Although augmentation with implants would be my first choice, the other option for augmenting and shaping would be fat grafting. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in fat grafting is recommended.Good luck.
