I would like a few opinions to help guide me as I discuss mastopexy options with different doctors.

Answer: Grade 2/3 Your grade of ptosis is bordering Grade 2 and Grade 3. At grade 2, the nipples are below the inframammary fold but above the lower pole of the breast. At Grade 3, the nipples are sitting at the lowest pole of the breast. While your nipples are not all the way at the lowest pole, they are lower than what I would typically consider Grade 2 ptosis.

Answer: Bellesoma Method It appears you have grade II possibly III. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive reduction. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast ptosis I estimate your ptosis as grade II, bordering on III. Management of grade II/III ptosis will require true mastopexy (breast lift) and there are many options for type of lift. The other option, if this fits your desire, is breast reduction which involves elevating the nipple as part of the surgery. I hope this helps.
