I’m 4’11, approx. 112lbs. I’m a mom of 4 and done having kids. I want a natural look. Looking into a breast lift. What would you recommend? I’m about a D cup as of right now. I am 7 months PP.

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

You have 2 options, a benelli lift with the incision only going around the areola, but only a partial lift is possible. Or, with a mastopexy, you get an anchor incision but the breast can be lifted much higher. You said you wanted a natural look so you could do lift alone, or add fat transfer to the breasts for added fullness. With fat transfer, your abdomen and flanks would be liposuctioned, the fat that is removed is then spun down using a special process and placed into the breasts, giving them their “perk” back. You would be an excellent candidate for a breast lift with or without implants. Your nipples are not particularly low but you do have some mild asymmetry (which is natural and normal) and some element of pseudoptosis (excess skin on the lower pole of the breast below the nipple). A breast lift can correct both of these to a great extent, although there will always be some mild asymmetry remaining. If your goal is to regain cleavage, you might also consider a breast implant as well, as a breast lift mainly helps to reshape the lower pole of the breast.

Based on your pictures, you are likely a great candidate for a breast lift without implants as you demonstrate adequate volume. A breast lift address sagging and drooping of the nipple and breast mound by removing excess skin, pulling the remaining skin and, if desired, reducing the size of large areolas. By doing so it resolves a low positioning nipple and repositions the breast mound.

Breast lift would be good surgery for you. You can expect to loose 1/2 to 1 full cup size after lift. If you want to stay in current size, consider a small implant. Good luck.

I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, if interested. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. I am always opposed to putting scars on a breast unless the nipples are sitting at the bottom of the breast or  "looking down". Your nipples appear to be in a good position on your breast. You don't mention your actual goal, but you already have very natural and pretty-looking breasts. I would not recommend adding a scar.

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Thank you for your question. Your nipples appear to be normal position and don’t need to be lifted. However, your breasts are a little wind and could use more fullness in the upper poles. It’s gonna be accomplished with a lift without moving the nipple much. You should seek a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area.

Hi there,
First, wait. You want to be at least a year out from lactating before considering any elective breast surgery. At that point, when your breast tissue has stabilized, you will best be able to assess what your goals are, including lifting and/or augmenting. At that point, you will likely be a good candidate for a lift. If you've lost more volume than you were anticipating, you may also consider augmentation with your own fat or with an implant, as well.
