I do not mind the stretch marks, I'm worried that the wrinkles will still be there post breast lift. Do I absolutely need to get implants to have normal looking skin? Do I have to get laser treatments?

Answer: Will a breast lift alone remove the visual of wrinkly breast skin? Or do I need implants or laser treatments? Thank you for your question. The best option for you would be a lift (Mastopexy) with small Implants. If you do not wish to have Implants, Autologous Breast Augmentation will also be helpful, both for the volume and improving the quality of skin. I often add Thermi Tight procedure to tighten the skin and improve the texture. Please find an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All The Best !

Answer: Breast lift Dear mihalkokai, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thatsbeing brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
