Very reputable surgeon, but I'm still very skeptical. Claims about the procedure: is done in 30 mins in select patients who don't need a breast lift; works best with bigger areolas; no scars just small punctures; depending on the chosen technique last 3-5 years or 10-12 years. As with most patients I'm sure, my big concern is scars so this would be amazing, do you think it's possible? Are the claims realistic? Thank you in advance for answering.

With the Benelli lift, I have never seen any areolar necrosis. The patients who have the most risk of areolar necrosis and loss of sensation are those who choose large implants and the full lift. Most keep sensation with the Benelli lift as well.
I would suggest the breast reduction, which includes a lift. that way you can go down to a C cup and be lifted. This size would look nice of you and be much more comfortable and less likely to sag again.
Right around the time of surgery it is best not to try and lose weight. You need extra protein and fruits and vegetables for healing. Focus on eating what is healthy for your body and leave off breads and sugars. If you restrict calories, you may have issues with healing or infections. At 6...
