I just got diagnosed with HS and my breast lift surgery is in another few weeks...I was wondering what doctors think when they hear a patient has this? I only get flares in my armpits, never my breasts.Is it okay to have an active flare going into the OR? I'm going through a residential program at a local university, will this scare them out of doing the surgery?

With the Benelli lift, I have never seen any areolar necrosis. The patients who have the most risk of areolar necrosis and loss of sensation are those who choose large implants and the full lift. Most keep sensation with the Benelli lift as well.
I would suggest the breast reduction, which includes a lift. that way you can go down to a C cup and be lifted. This size would look nice of you and be much more comfortable and less likely to sag again.
