I am 186 pounds , I've tried looking weight for years but I've ma aged to keep this weight before and after 3 kids . so I've given up in trying to reach 160lbs after so many years of trying, and now focused on improving my figure with plastic survery, not gain weight, feel more confident , sexy and I believe this will help my self esteem and motivate me to join the gym and be healthy. 25yrs Old..had BA One Year Ago..expect BBL and Can't Waiiiit! - Dominican Republic

Hi girls..this is my first review..I plan to get a Bbl (lipostructure of the Back..flanks..belly..inner and outer thights) in March with Dr Nestor mallen..some of my friends had suggérées with him and stil now everything is fine.. Going to an hotel in the colonial zone and I know a nurse who Will come everyday for the 4first days after surgery..if someone had surgery with him please Tell me your impression..See ya girls

I had lipo done with Dr. Amin Shahine although some have had good experiences with him I am one of the many who just gave him money. He essentially left me the same. I didn't need much done to begin with and ended up gaining weight while i was out of the gym due to the recovery period. I even waited the suggested "year" to see results and still nothing. After reading almost every post on real self,I've decided to go with Doctor Nestor Mallen in DR, he was recommended to me by a friend who got work done, and got a very good job..I love Doran and yili's job but I'm going with dr Nestor...I'm going with a girlfriend whose also getting Liposculture plus Bbl done on the same day, we will be staying with a friend who is from Dominican Republic.
