Would a breast lift without augmentation be the best idea? (Photo)

Great question. Thank you or your pictures. Based on your images, you may benefit from a breast lift procedure with no implants because you do mention you want to be smaller size cup. A breast reduction may work as well. However, a personal examination and/or more images are needed to properly evaluate you results. Thank you for your question. Based on your photo, you are a candidate for a breast lift. If your ultimate goal is to be smaller than you are today, then I would not recommend getting breast implants. Although a lift will remove some of your own breast tissue, adding an implant will increase your size overall. I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon, who can assess you in person, and create a personalized plan for you. Best of luck!

You don’t need implants if your primary goal is to get perkier breasts. However, if you want significant fullness in the upper portion of your breasts and a much rounder look, then implants may be necessary. During your consultation, it would probably be a good idea to bring some wish pics to illustrate your desired results to your surgeon. That way, they can  determine whether implants would be necessary.

Breast lift surgery can improve a woman's breast shape by repositioning the breast mound at a higher position on the chest and then centering the nipple and areola on the breast itself. If there is enough breast tissue, I can perform a highly aesthetic mastopexy without the addition of further volume by internally rearranging the breast tissue and removing excess skin. You do not need breast implants. What might be best for you is a breast reduction which includes a breast lift. consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to learn what options are available to you. Good luck.

Thank you for your photo and question.It sounds as though you are interested in a breast reduction which will in fact also provide a lift. This is an excellent option as you have ample breast tissue. The procedure is limited by the amount of upper pole fullness you can create. The implant will not lift the breast. It simply provides more upper pole fullness than techniques which use your own tissue.An advantage to a lift alone in a combination procedure is that the chest muscle will not be manipulated. This will make your recovery easier as you will be able to compensate for your core limitations with your upper body.After about 3 months if you feel you need more upper pole fullness than you get from the procedure you can always return for a breast augmentation. A staged procedure is an easier recovery and statistically the need for revision surgery is significantly less.Good luck and I hope this was helpful.

You would definitely benefit from a breast lift with auto-augmentation!You don't need implants. Using your own breast tissue, we can reposition some of your existing breast to supplement the upper pole of your breast while at the same time lifting your breast. This will result in a very nice shaped breast that has a more youthful appearance. Definitely meet with a board certified plastic surgeon (ASPS Member) to find out more!

Great question.You are w great candidate for a beautiful and natural result having a breast lift with auto-augmentaiton.  Using this method we avoid using implants and re-position your own breast tissue as a psuedo-implant to provide upper pole fullness without the need for a breast implant.  At the same time the breast will be lifted and placed in a more aesthetically pleasing position.  

You want a breast reduction, the lift part is build in. As for implants, they serve to minimize size reduction, but enhance upper pole fullness. If you are uncertain, don't do the implants and wait; you may be perfectly happy with your breasts without them. Alternatively, you could get them done as a second procedure anytime in the future after healing is complete.
