5 months post breast lift w/ implants, unhappy with results. Can this be improved and what are my options? (photos)

I got a breast lift with implants back in June and am not happy with my results. My nipples are huge, different heights and my breast are way to saggy already... could this be fixed easily? Would an internal bra help give me the more fake and perky look that I am wanting? I feel like I have lift scars but not lift results and that my implants settled too low. What would you recommend to fix it?

Your photos suggest a few areas that can be improved with a revision. It appears that your symmetry could be improved, the areolar diameters reduced, and the sagging lessened. Discuss your options with your surgeon or seek a new consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Your breast lift was inadequate and the breasts are still low on the chest wall. At this time, I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

Thank you for your question.  A large portion of my practice is dedicated to revision breast surgery.  It is quite clear that you had a poorly performed mastopexy.  I would sincerely doubt the surgeon's credentials.  The good news is you can have attractive breasts and you are very fixable.  In your case, I would perform a capsulorrhaphy-internal bra and revision of your mastopexy.  Best wishes to you.

Sorry to read about your issues and disappointment.  A breast revision would definitely improve your results.  I would recommend a larger, more projecting implant to give you more upper pole as well as redoing the lift which would also address the size of the areola.

Hope that helps.  Breast revision surgery is always more difficult than the first surgery and I would recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon that has experience with breast revision surgery.

I tell all my mastopexy patients that as many as 20% may require a revision within the first 2 years of their original surgery. The size is quite nice. I believe a revision of the mastopexy will make your happier. A permanent purse-string suture around the areola (as described by the French plastic surgeon Louis Benelli) would help control the size of the areola and minimize recurrent stretching.

Correction my require a complete reversal of the operation.

Removal of the implants with new lift. After a 6 month delay, new implants.

Your tissue structure being quite firm I suspect makes your case more challenging but you can get a better result.

Thanks for the nicely posted photos. I recommend revision now. I would offer ACD matrix inferior with correction of asymmetric circumferences of areolar by decreasing the larger areola, revise and relift breasts and scars. Fee for revision $10,000. Best to virtual consult with....

Your breasts sit somewhat low on your chest naturally, and the bases cannot be elevated. However, the areolae can be made smaller and a little more lifting can be done inferiorly.  You will never be super perky because that is not your anatomy.
