I seen a PS today and he advised that no amount galaflex would keep my implants from bottoming out. Is this true? How do smaller women get super large implants to stay the way they were after surgery several years later. I've only had these implants for 3 years.

The volume you try on is the volume you will gain. Going dual plane is less flattening by the muscle up top but also does not have the extra volume of the muscle. You basically will get what you see with a sizer.
