From the submitted photo you would have a nice result from a lift with implants. This would raise the position of the nipple, remove excess skin, and downsize the areola. Implants would restore volume and upper pole fullness. I don't think you are a good candidate for implants alone. Thanks for your question! I would not recommend just doing implants. You will still be droopy and the breast tissue will sit below the implant. I would suggest either a breast reduction or breast lift. I might do an implant, but likely in a second surgery since you have a fair amount of your own breast volume. The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.
