Unfortunately, breast changes after pregnancy may require more than implants alone.

Best results after all hormone, weight changes, breast feeding. Implants alone will only restore upper breast fullness.

For perkier breasts, lift with implants would be best. Trade off is scars which are hidden under bra.

Thanks for your question! I would not recommend just doing implants. You will still be droopy and the breast tissue will sit below the implant. I would suggest either a breast reduction or breast lift. I might do an implant, but likely in a second surgery since you have a fair amount of your own breast volume. The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

Thank you for your pictures and questions. You will 100% need a lift to achieve a reasonable outcome. Placing implants alone in NOT an option for you. I would actually suggest you do a lift with auto-augmentation first to shape the breast, move the nipple position, and lift the breast, then add implants if needed at a later stage. In addition, you are not a good candidate for liposuction as you have a skin laxity/excess problem. You would be best served with a tummy tuck as this would remove skin, address tissue excess, and repair the stretching of the abdominal muscles. my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity.

From the submitted photo you would have a nice result from a lift with implants. This would raise the position of the nipple, remove excess skin, and downsize the areola. Implants would restore volume and upper pole fullness. I don't think you are a good candidate for implants alone. No, you will need a lift. with no lift, you will have larger and more sagging breasts. Please do not go too large for stretched skin does not hold heavy implants well.

Nice 2 posted photos. You need a breasts lift/reduction not implants only since implants would make larger more saggy breasts. Yes there will be scars but you most likely will heal very well. For the abomen a full TT with muscle repair and waist/flank lipo and BBL is possible. Moat likely will need 2 separate surgeries rounds. Best to virtual consult with....
