I have a surgery coming up in March, I don't want to go too big as I'd still like to fit into my clothes. I'm 5'5", 7st 10lbs, 25 years old. My surgeon will be doing micro textured moderate plus profile round implants either 275 & 300cc (due to natural asymmetry) or 250 & 275cc. Trying on the sizers at 275/300 they *might* be slightly too big but will I lose some size with them being dual plane? Or will they look bigger than the sizers being moderate plus?

Both sub muscular and dual plane approaches place the implants under the muscle. Studies show that strength is not significantly impaired with either approach.
