One breast width is 12 cm and the other breast width is 13 cm.Will it make a difference when I go for an implant with the width of 12cm or 11.5. I am considering motiva Ergonomix full in 355cc with that has width of 11.5. Will I get the cleavage and the natural results?
Answer: Implants You should get good results, but may need a slightly larger implant for your smaller breast. During the consultation, you should be able to try on sizes that fits your frame and see what you like.

Answer: Implant size Dear shanaya228, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Breast Implants Good Morning Shanaya228,I hope this message finds you well. Uneven breast width is a common problem that almost every woman in the world faces. There is always a slight asymmetry between both breasts. During implantation we take accurate and descriptive measurements and pre op imagery to get a proper assessment of both breasts so as to create enough of a pocket on each side depending on the current state of affairs and fill the pocket with the same volume required accordingly so as to give you a desirable result. Also to produce the cleavage you desire we do deposit some amount of fat in the Upper Inner Quadrant so as to accentuate that region as well.Although an image is a great starting point , I would recommend a video consultation / in person consultation with a board certified Aesthetic Plastic surgeon to take this forward and thoroughly answer your query.
