When getting breast enlargement surgery, is it OK to have surgery if you have clear braces on your top teeth?

Breast Augmentation surgery can still be performed for you with braces on your teeth.  The schedule for your visit to the orthodontist should not be affected as long as it is a week or so after your surgery when you have been unwrapped and able to drive again. Good luck.

every plastic surgeon has his own preoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients but braces are not a contraindication for surgery. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.

I would think you are ok to have surgery. Be sure to notify your surgeon of this and any other medical conditions so they can provide you the best care possible.

Hello and thank you for your question .  It is fine to have braces when you have a breast augmentation surgery.  Most importantly , you want to find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area.

Yes, you should be able to proceed without difficulty (with any type of braces present). My best advice: careful selection of plastic surgeon and careful communication of goals. Best wishes.

You can proceed with breast augmentation with braces on your teeth.  It is also fine to proceed with scheduled orthodontic appointments.  It will not interfere with your surgery.
