I am wanting to get a BBL and breast augmentation performed in late 2019. Is it recommended to get both procedures done at the same time? Is it advised to be done separately for recovery purposes, and if so, which should be done first? I am 23 years old (will be 24 during the time of procedure), 5’1 and 110lbs. I am currently beginning the process to gain healthy weight through dieting and exercising (weight training) to reach a goal weight of 120lbs.
Answer: Combined Surgery I recommend doing the breast augmentation and BBL at separate times. After a breast augmentation, patients recover on their back whereas in a BBL, patients will lie on their tummy after surgery. I would discuss the timing of the surgeries with your plastic surgeon.

Answer: BBL and Breast Augmentation at the same time? It is technically possible to do both a BBL and Breast Augmentation at the same time and you might save a little money by combining procedures; however, you should look at the long-term picture and determine if this combination is right for you. As others have stated you won't be able to sit or lie down on your back side for approximately 2 weeks after BBL because the added pressure will damage the transferred fat cells and compromise your results. On the other hand you won't be able to lie on your stomach or sides right after a breast augmentation. This leaves you in a tough situation unless you can sleep standing up.Based on your pictures you don't appear to have much extra fat so a dramatic change for your BBL might not be possible in the long run. Butt implants might be an option to consider. I recommend you have several consultations with board-certified plastic surgeons who have a lot of experience doing the procedures you are interested in. Make sure they have your best interests as the top priority and choose the surgeon you feel comfortable with.

Answer: Brazilian butt lift you should google complications from BBL. you will see there have been some very serious complications from the procedure. But even without these complications the results are poor and a waste of money. Also, you are thin. Where will they get the fat from?

Answer: BBL and BA I recommend staging these two procedures as safety is a priority. Also, you will be on your stomach for the injection of fat which may interfere withy our breast implants, and vice versa for the buttocks. I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Finally, make sure your surgeon is a Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS), a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).Best,Dr. DesaiBeverly Hills Institute for Aesthetic Plastic SurgeryHarvard Educated, Beverly Hills & Miami Beach TrainedDouble Board-Certified, Double Fellowship-Trained Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon
