Smelly armpits 6 months post op BA. incision under breasts

I'm a little over 6 months post op from my Breast Aug. under the muscle, incision under the breasts. I'm naturally really sweaty so i get botox in my armpits to help with sweating... although i have NEVER smelled. since my surgery i've been getting more of a musty sour odor coming through from my armpits and the botox didnt even help with the sweating!! just wondering if this will eventually go away or if there was anything i can do?!!
