Is this a stitch? Will it pierce through the nipple? I had a breast augmentation 1 year ago. I haven’t had any problems thus far. I got 460 high profile, silicone implants, over the muscle around the areola. I have felt this stitch poking out for a while now. What would be the best course of action? Is it okay to leave it? Can it puncture through the nipple?
