I’m 7 weeks post op breast augmentation and both my breasts are red ever since I did the surgery, there’s no pain just redness

It sounds like you are experiencing normal healing. Often times the breasts will have redness which is part of the normal healing process.  However it can also be a sign of infection, especially if combined with warmth, fever, or pain.  It is best to check with your surgeon just to be sure all is progressing as expected.

Following breast augmentation, the skin of the chest responds to the load and stretch of the implant with an increased in blood flow. The increased blood flow to the skin gives a pink like appearance to the skin. In 2-4 months, your skin will adapt to the load and the color will return to normal.
