Hi, I am 2 years post op breast aug. Does it look like a breast revision could help make my breast look more even? If I press underneath my left breast I feel a "popping" feeling? As if I am able to push my implant. While my right breast does not have the same feeling. I lost sensation in right nipple, but feel like I will have problems with my left breast as time continues. Any advice?
Answer: Breasts More surgery will not improve your sensation. Your implants now are too large and heavy for your frame. the popping sensation is from your thin tissue over the implant. You also have some bottoming out on one side from the stretching and thinning of your tissue from the weight of the implants. going smaller and tightening the pockets could be helpful. You may even need some mesh for support.

Answer: Breast revision Dear Sanantonio1234, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Breast Revision I would recommend a revision that would include downsizing the implants, placing an internal bra (Galaflex) for support, and a lift (mastopexy). The implants appear to be too large for your breasts. The left side has bottomed out an you can see the double bubble deformity starting to form. Please search for an aesthetic fellowship trained plastic surgeon with experience in revisionary breast surgery. This is a complex issue that needs careful analysis and planning.

Answer: Breast asymmetry after BA Based on these photos, there are sevaral issues that cause asymmetry. First, areola asymmetry in size and position; this will need areola reduction and lift. Second, symmastia, your breasts are too close, will need some separation. Third, double bouble deformity. Possibly too large implants? All of these can be addressed in one surgery. There is no garantee hat any of these will improve nipple sensation, unfortunately. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in breast surgery is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: May Help Left Breast Your left breast appears to have bottomed out a bit with the implant displacing the skin slightly inferiorly. A revision with a capsulorraphy can help with this. In terms of the sensation of the nipple, there is unfortunately no surgical revision that will bring the sensation back. Although not typical, breast augmentation procedures can have an effect on nipple sensation even when performed perfectly.
