I had 235cc implants under the muscle in dual plane position with a crescent lift over a year ago and they don’t look good! Hate the result. Need to get fixed. What option would be best for me? Lowering implants? Another crescent lift or a vertical lift? Help pls!

Answer: Crescent lift Thank you for your question and pictures. I would not recommend another crescent lift as this will not address the persistent droopiness of the breasts that I believe is what you are displeased with currently. Lowering the implants may help some but more so I think that you are right that a vertical lift or lollipop lift may be your best bet. Be sure to see a Board Certified PS for your consultation and revision surgery. Best of luck!

Answer: Lift The crescent lift is not really a lift and does not hold. You need a lift to move the breast up and the nipple up. Measurements are needed to be certain, but you might get by with a per-areolar lift or the vertical lift. You do not need the anchor lift.
