Exchange moderate plus implants too high profile - would this give me perkier boobs? (photos)

Question

I currently have 200cc mentor moderate plus in my BWD is 11cm, I’m 5”1 and 52kg I hate the way they look, flat and not perkie at all, I would like to change to a higher profile, would this give me perkier boobs? They are dual plane. Thanks in advance

breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery.Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size.While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

Your breasts are already perky, but your nipples could be raised so they appear perky as well. I would keep the size you have now based on the one photo you sent.

I feel you need to both change the implants to a higher profile (and maybe increase by 25-50cc's) AND lower the implants.  They appear to be too high and the breasts are not round.
You have several implant profile choices:
Moderate + X (not high enough profile to change too)
Boost (these are certainly better with more projection)
High Profile (HP)
HP 
Ultra HP
HP X  This is the most round and highest projection.  It is a bit firmer than the other implants
