I had breast lift with implants. I am exactly 1 month post up. The implants seems to be setttled . However I feel botched now. I feel far more insecure than before surgery . My left areola is not cut properly it’s smaller . And my left areola is way too big. Moreover ,my left implant is full in the middle around cleavage . But the right implant is very empty near cleavage. And also nipples are little low. The reason I did this surgery was mainly because nipples were slightly low

I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling insecure and unhappy with the results of your breast lift with implants. It's normal to have some asymmetry or differences in size or shape between the breasts, but it's important to discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

At one month post-op, your breasts are still healing and settling into their final position. However, if you have concerns about the size or shape of your areolas, implant position, or nipple placement, you should schedule a follow-up appointment with your surgeon to discuss your options.

In some cases, revision surgery may be necessary to address any issues or concerns. However, it's important to wait until your breasts have fully healed and settled before considering any further surgery. In the meantime, be sure to follow your surgeon's post-operative instructions and attend all scheduled follow-up appointments to monitor your healing progress.

Right now, you need to do nothing and let the swelling subside and the implants settle. Areolar revisions can be done at a later time in the office under local anesthesia. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

It is very common for the breasts to settle at different rates with asymmetries coming and going.  At one month, it is way too early to evaluate if a revision would be necessary in the future.
Go to your implanting surgeon to discuss your concerns.

It is far too early for you to be concerned about the result of your breast lift with implants.  Everything that you see now will look very different in 3 months.

In 3 months the implants will have dropped more filling the lower pole of your breast.  In addition any irregularities in the areola most likely will disappear with time.

Your concerns are understandable because this is such a big procedure with visible incisions.  However I would reassure you that in another 3 months you will be much happier with your result.
