Could I get a mini tummy tuck to improve my lower abdomen? (Photo)

Question

Hello I’m 22, I have had 3 children, 5’8, around 187lbs, had my tubes removed and do not plan on having anymore child ever. I’d also like to get a BBL and maybe lipo to have the fat transfer to another area as Breast/Butt. But for now I’m focused on the Tummy tuck. As I’m only worried about my lower abdomen I was hoping for maybe a mini tuck

Thank you for your inquiry! By your photos, it looks like you would be a great candidate for an abdominoplasty to get rid of any excess skin. The only difference in a mini vs a full abdominoplasty is how long the incision is. A mini tummy tuck is going to have a smaller incision than a full tummy tuck. Muscle repair, removal of excess skin, and liposuction are all included with both a mini and a full tummy tuck. When the stretch marks extend into the upper abdomen as in your photos, it is not a good idea to try a mini tummy tuck. A full tummy tuck will tighten the entire abdomen, thin the fat layer throughout, and repair a muscle separation if present (likely after 3 children.)

From your photos it appears you are a good candidate for a standard tummy tuck with liposuction for contouring.  The mini tuck would not be able to fully address the abdomen.  The standard tuck would remove excess fat and skin as well as many of your stretch marks.  Abdominal wall laxity would also be corrected. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape.
