I'm 38 years old 5.2" and 98-100 lbs fluctuating daily. I have loose skin above the c-section area with collective fat. I want to find out best none to least invasive options for fat transfer to breast and tummy tuck. Who do I go to and what I can get done for permanent results. I'm going to work on my diet after the makeover. The problem is I feel like my pelvic muscles are loose. I want back fat and underarms fat removed too with up a cup.
Answer: Non-invasive tummy tuck options It sounds like you have specific aesthetic goals, and it's great that you're considering non-invasive to least invasive options. It's important to note that specific recommendations and possibilities will depend on your individual anatomy, health, and goals. Here are some potential options, but you should consult with a qualified plastic surgeon or a board-certified cosmetic surgeon to discuss your unique situation: Fat Transfer to Breast: Procedure: Fat transfer, also known as autologous fat grafting, involves removing fat from one area of your body (e.g., abdomen, thighs) through liposuction and injecting it into another area, in this case, the breasts. Results: Results can vary, and multiple sessions may be needed to achieve the desired volume. It's a more natural option compared to breast implants. Consultation: Schedule a consultation with a plastic surgeon to assess whether you have enough donor fat for the transfer and to discuss your expectations. Tummy Tuck: Procedure: Also known as abdominoplasty, a tummy tuck involves removing excess skin and fat from the abdominal area and tightening the underlying muscles. Results: This procedure can provide a flatter and more toned abdomen. Results can be long-lasting, especially with a healthy lifestyle. Consultation: Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to evaluate the condition of your abdominal area and discuss the best approach for your goals. Pelvic Muscles Tightening: Procedure: Pelvic floor exercises, also known as Kegel exercises, can help strengthen pelvic muscles. Pelvic floor physical therapy may also be beneficial. Consultation: Consult with a gynecologist or a pelvic floor specialist to assess the condition of your pelvic muscles and receive guidance on appropriate exercises. Back Fat and Underarms Fat Removal: Procedure: Liposuction is a common procedure for removing excess fat from various areas, including the back and underarms. Results: Liposuction can provide contouring and reduce localized fat deposits. Consultation: Consult with a plastic surgeon to discuss your specific concerns and determine the feasibility of liposuction in these areas. Always choose a qualified and experienced plastic surgeon or cosmetic surgeon for any procedures. They can assess your overall health, discuss your goals, and recommend the most appropriate and safe options for achieving the results you desire. Remember that individual results can vary, and realistic expectations are important for satisfaction with the outcomes.

Answer: Considering options It's difficult to give specific recommendations without an exam or photos, but based on the information provided it sounds like a standard tummy tuck would address your abdominal concerns. It would remove excess skin as well as correct abdominal wall laxity. If you are 100 pounds you likely will not have enough fat available for fat transfer. You can consider a small implant to increase breast volume. The best place to begin is by scheduling a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you.

Answer: Fat Fat transfers are not always permanent, especially with more weight loss. For excess abdominal skin below the umbilicus, you can have a mini tuck or try minimally invasive skin tightening with radiofrequency like ThermiTight. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discuss your options.

Answer: Tummy tuck, Liposuction and fat transfer The procedures you mentioned are invasive surgical procedures. Especially the tummy tuck. There is no non-invasive way to properly treat abdominal skin laxity or muscle separation from previous pregnancies. treating pregnancy related changes typically requires a full tummy tuck and that is a fully invasive big operation that takes two full weeks to recover from. Liposuction and fat transfer can be done as an outpatient procedure and recovery from these procedures is much easier. Patients may feel sore for a few days up to a couple of weeks but are generally not limited from doing daily activities for more than a couple of days. A full tummy tuck on the other hand requires two full weeks off work. To get a proper assessment and better understanding of various treat options I suggest scheduling multiple in person consultations with local board certified plastic surgeons in your community. Delivering consistent quality Liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people believe and there is a great variance among different providers. Patient’s interested in these procedures should carefully vet providers by asking providers to show their entire collection of before and after pictures during in person consultations. Seeing a handful of preselected pictures is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results will look like. Patient’s need to look out for their own best interest and she is the most talented and experience providers for these procedures. Breast fat transfer is quite limited in what it can deliver. It is not a good procedure to change the shape of the breast and it will increase the breast volume by only a modest amount. Patients can expect 1/2 to maximum 1 cup breast cup increase. In reality most patients get about 1/2 cup. The procedure does not change the shape of the breast so if someone has great looking breasts that are just slightly too small than fat transfer may be a good option. Often women need to reshape the breast to get a better look and it’s often includes other procedures like a breast lift. Again I suggest having multiple in person consultations to get accurate assessments and better understanding of various treatment options. There are no non-surgical or non-invasive options that deliver quality long-term results for body contouring. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
