A full tummy tuck may be suitable for you. The procedure would remove the loose skin and reduce the presence of stretch marks. Nonsurigcal would not be able to achieve as predictable or dramatic results.

A tummy tuck is your best option to tighten the skin and remove a lot of the stretch marks. Other nonsurgical options aren’t going to help much and end up costing a lot more.

The only procedure that would be successful would be a tummy tuck. You have too much skin for any other procedure.

We do not have the technology to erase stretch marks. Your skin is thin and wrinkled. A tummy tuck would remove 50% of the stretch marks, and tighten the loose skin, Find a board certified plastic surgeon to develop a plan for your care.

The current state of your abdomen is because of the fibrosis created after any liposuction specially after it was performed in a patient who was candidate for a Tummy Tick in the first place.
Unfortunately fibrosis won’t disappear. Fibrosis will soften over the years and may be candidate then, for Tummy tuck.

Stretch marks cannot be erased. The area below the belly button will go with a tummy tuck but those above the belly button will stay but will get a bit stretched , so not as visible as when they are over a loose skin.

I am glad that you are happy with your results so far , for us plastic surgeons, patient's satisfaction is the highest reward. From the pictures it looks like you have a lot of skin laxity and stretch marks. Unfortunately there is no great non surgical treatment to get rid of both . The best option will be an abdominoplasty that will address the stretch marks if they are within the skin to be excised and the excess skin. That being said if you really don't want to undergo an abdominoplasty you can consider energy devices like renuvion which may tighten yo skin to a degree but will not get rid of the stretch marks and the end result might be suboptimal.

In your case, a tummy tuck, also known as an abdominoplasty, is the best option. There is excess stretched skin. Although there are non-surgical options that attempt to change the quality of the skin, the only way to remove, redrape, and truly tighten the skin is with a tummy tuck.

​Without examining you in person no advice is 100%, but based on the photos it appears as though you would definitely require a tummy tuck to improve your concerns. There is no effective treatment for stretch marks aside from excision, and the significant excess of skin you have will not respond to any non-surgical or surgical skin tightening technologies so a removal of the excess skin as part of a tummy tuck is really the only way to correct things. Even with a tummy tuck you will still have some stretch marks remaining as the marks at the top of the abdomen will be brought to the bottom, but would not be able to be removed entirely. I’d suggest having an in-person consultation with a local plastic surgeon with expertise in tummy tucks to discuss your options in detail.
