I believe that an abdominoplasty procedure would be of benefit for your condition. I would separate the procedures by performing the tummy tuck first with liposuction of the anterior flanks to create waist definition. As the lower incision disrupts the lower blood supply, I would not liposuction the upper abdomen at the same time as this could delay healing the incision of the tummy tuck.i typically suction the upper abdomen and back when I do the breast lift or arm lift portion of the procedure.Hope this helps

However, since you're still working toward your goal weight of 125 lbs, it’s often recommended to complete your weight loss journey before the surgery, as continuing to lose weight after surgery might affect the final result, potentially leading to additional loose skin or changes in your abdominal shape.

You are a good candidate for a tummy tuck. In order to remove the fat of your upper abdomen, liposuction would be required. I would also tighten your abdominal muscles. Realize you will have a long low horizontal in your lower abdomen.

Hello,Based on the photographs provided, I think you are an excellent candidate for a llipoabdominoplasty. Like the more traditional abdominoplasty, the procedure involves removal excess abdominal skin with repair of the rectus diastasis. With lipoabdominoplasty, high definition liposuction of the upper abdomen and flanks is also performed to address the excessive fat in that area and improve abdominal contour. I would always recommend reaching your goal weight prior to undergoing a body contour procedure. As always, you should choose a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery to perform your operation.

Congratulations on your weight loss. The excess fat under your skin in your abdominal area can be treated with liposuction, just prior to, but at the same time as your abdominoplasty. It is called a lipoabdominoplasty, and it is meant to thin the tissues of the abdomen immediately prior to doing your tummy tuck. The liposuction also helps to release the abdominal skin from its underlying attachments to improve your abdominoplasty results.
