I am four weeks post op from having 450 cc saline unders put in (I went from a saggy 34a that was deflated due to breastfeeding and post pregnancy weight loss). I know that I have large implants and that combined with the fact they are under the muscle mean they will take longer to drop .... However I would like some professional feedback on whether I look like I'm coming along and if not what I can do.

Answer: Implants should relax Thank you for your pictures. Your breast implants look fine the tissue should relax. I am one that not to let the implant settle I placed them exactly where they need to be in the operating room so that is no need for settling.

Answer: 4 weeks post op, is my implant too high? Hello! Thank you for your question! At 4 weeks, you are still very early in the postoperative period. Typically, it takes 2-3 months for swelling to fully resolve and the implants to fully settle into their pocket created. While they do appear to be quite high, remain patient. Discuss with your surgeon as there are methods to assist this such as implant massage, wearing of a breast bandeau, etc. continue with the restrictions given by your surgeon for activity as well. If after this time your result is still not satisfactory, a surgical revision may be required to pull the implants to their appropriate position. Hope that this helps! Best wishes for an excellent result.
